We are seeking a dynamic and organized

Clinic Sales Coordinator

to support our clinic's sales and patient engagement efforts. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Patient Engagement & Sales Support:

Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide detailed information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing. Assist patients in understanding treatment options and guide them through the decision-making process. Coordinate with medical staff to schedule consultations and procedures.skima.ai+1

Sales Coordination:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing patients to drive repeat business and referrals. Track sales leads, patient interactions, and conversion rates using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and healthcare regulations. Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment plans or insurance claims as needed. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional materials and clinic supplies.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.pmapstest.com

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused with a compassionate approach to patient care. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in a clinical or healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
