Amogh Physiotherapy Clinic & Rehab Center is a well-established physiotherapy clinic, currently in its 4th year of practice. We are an actively growing clinic providing structured, ethical, and result-oriented physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. Due to increasing patient flow, we are looking for a responsible part-time receptionist to support front desk operations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handling incoming calls and patient inquiries
2. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
3. Maintaining basic patient records and registers
4. Coordinating with the physiotherapist for daily schedules
5. Ensuring patients follow clinic rules, timings and basic admin duties.
Requirements
1. Basic communication skills (Marathi compulsory, Hindi required; English basic)
2. Punctual, disciplined, and polite attitude
3. Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
4. Basic phone handling and record maintenance skills
Freshers / students / housewives can apply
