: Clinic Manager



Location: Pimpri, Pune



Reports To: Clinic Owner/Director



Overview



We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standard of patient care. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining financial performance, and supporting the clinic's mission to provide exceptional aesthetic and cosmetic care.



Key Responsibilities



1. Operational Management



Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.

Develop and implement efficient workflows, systems, and policies to improve clinic performance.

Monitor patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to minimize wait times and maximize satisfaction.

2. Staff Supervision and Training



Lead, manage, and motivate clinic staff, including front desk personnel, nurses, and aestheticians.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.

Organize training sessions to ensure staff remains updated on protocols, technology, and patient care standards.

3. Financial and Administrative Management



Oversee clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and record-keeping systems are in place and compliant.

Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

4. Patient Experience and Engagement



Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients.

Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Oversee feedback collection and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.

5. Compliance and Safety



Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols.

Maintain accurate medical and administrative records in line with legal requirements.

6. Marketing and Business Development



Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that promote the clinic's services.

Identify opportunities to grow the clinic's patient base and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills



Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (MBA or healthcare-specific certification is a plus).

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in clinic management software and tools.

Financial acumen and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
