Responsibilities and Duties



Promptly, professionally and courteously receives and assesses all the incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-directs the said call or message to the doctors.

Scheduling for appointments and arrange them properly on the days and times as directed.

Ensures that the reception area is kept neat, clean and noiseless.

Keeps the immediate Manager and Doctors well-informed of all the activities and problems which are identified.

Maintains confidentiality at all time of the clinic`s fiscal and personnel related information.

Performs routine clinic tasks as necessary

Daily reporting to Center head and Doctor in a proper manner.

Key Skills



1.

Basic knowledge of Computer is MUST.



2.

Communication in English is MUST.



Required Experience and Qualifications



Minimum 3 year of experience in clinic/Hospital required.



Candidates living in Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Sangvi, Shivajinagar area are preferable.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
