Job Description

We are launching a luxury multidisciplinary aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness center in Chennai. The center will offer cutting-edge skin, dental, hair, stem cell, IV therapies, wellness, and concierge services -- all under one premium brand.

We are looking for a smart, hands-on, and reliable Clinic Operations & Launch Manager to work directly with the Founder (Plastic Surgeon) and Medical Director (Senior Cosmetologist). You will be the key executor across the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch operations -- driving everything from vendor coordination to VIP experience rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Launch (Setup & Execution)

Break down launch plan into detailed tasks and timelines
Coordinate with vendors (interiors, tech, equipment, skincare, branding)
Follow up with app developers, CRM partners, packaging designers, etc.
Assist with hiring & onboarding support staff
Setup inventory tracking, patient flow, and SOPs
Liaise with hotel, airline, and brand partners for elite programs
Ensure readiness of Bridal Lounge, VIP Lounge, Recovery Rooms
Post-Launch (Daily Operations)

Handle daily clinical flow: schedules, front desk, inventory, hygiene
Maintain high-end patient experience (VIP, bridal, concierge models)
Oversee loyalty programs, subscription boxes, teleconsult app, and skincare delivery
Manage internal team: reception, assistants, nursing coordination
Report weekly progress to Founder & Medical Director

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years in clinic, wellness center, aesthetic chain, or hospital operations*

Strong execution skills - gets things done on time
Excellent vendor and team coordination
Fluent in English and Tamil; confident with clients and vendors
Familiarity with CRM tools, appointment systems, teleconsult workflows
Bonus: Has helped launch or grow a new clinic or brand

Salary Offered:

?50,000 - ?75,000 per month (based on experience)
