Supervise clinic operations, staff scheduling, and workflow efficiency
Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure smooth front-desk coordination
Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and medical protocols
Handle patient queries, feedback, and service recovery
Support marketing activities, social media coordination, and promotional campaigns
Maintain financial records, billing oversight, and petty cash management
Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for treatment planning and execution
Ensure documentation, consent forms, and treatment records are properly maintained
Monitor clinic performance and suggest improvement
Qualifications & Skills-
Graduate or postgraduate degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
o Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare facility management
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in clinic software, billing systems, and digital tools
Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with grace
Work Schedule
The clinic operates 7 days a week, including Sundays
Week offs are provided on a rotational basis
