Organization: Atiya Healthcare - The Herbal Clinic
Atiya Healthcare - The Herbal Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager with hands-on Ayurveda background only to manage and grow our AYUSH/IU-certified Ayurvedic & Panchakarma clinic. The role requires end-to-end ownership of clinic operations, consultations, appointments, and clinic sales, with a strong focus on improving low-performing sales and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic & Panchakarma clinic
oversee appointment flow, consultation process, therapy scheduling, and patient experience
Drive clinic sales, consultation-to-therapy conversions, packages, and repeat visits
Design and implement strategies to revive low sales performance and increase revenue
Lead, train, and manage therapists, counselors, and front-desk team
Certifications & Compliance
Hands-on experience managing AYUSH-registered clinics, including State AYUSH licensing, Panchakarma certification, Ayurvedic drug license, and Clinical Establishment compliance
Ensure adherence to biomedical waste, fire safety, and statutory healthcare regulations
Requirements
Mandatory experience in Ayurveda clinics only (Panchakarma & treatment clinics)
Strong understanding of Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, and clinic workflows
Proven ability to handle challenges, build systems, and scale clinic performance
Sales-driven mindset with a patient-first, ethical approach
