About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations in our Slimming & Wellness Clinic. This role is ideal for candidates with strong team management, sales, customer service, and clinic operations experience. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the slimming clinic Manage team performance (consultants, therapists, sales, front desk) Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and client conversions Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews Monitor stock, inventory, and clinic hygiene standards Resolve client queries, complaints, and service issues Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports Ensure adherence to company protocols & operational standards Coordinate with corporate office for offers, marketing & operational updates

Skills & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline Proven experience as Branch Manager / Clinic Manager / Sales Manager / Wellness Manager Strong leadership & team handling skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines Experience in Slimming, Wellness, Beauty, or Healthcare industry (preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Leads Management)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
