The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality healthcare delivery and excellent patient experience. This role includes managing staff, handling administrative duties, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the financial performance of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
? Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff such as medical assistants, nurses, and administrative personnel.
? Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.
? Oversee patient service quality and manage patient concerns or complaints.
? Monitor and manage clinic budgets, billing, and financial performance.
? Maintain and manage clinic inventory and supplies.
? Collaborate with healthcare providers to support clinical efficiency and patient care.
? Implement operational improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
? 3+ years of experience in a healthcare management or administrative role.
? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
? Knowledge of medical terminology, billing practices, and healthcare compliance.
? Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
