The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality healthcare delivery and excellent patient experience. This role includes managing staff, handling administrative duties, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the financial performance of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff such as medical assistants, nurses, and administrative personnel.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.
Oversee patient service quality and manage patient concerns or complaints.
Monitor and manage clinic budgets, billing, and financial performance.
Maintain and manage clinic inventory and supplies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support clinical efficiency and patient care.
Implement operational improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3+ years of experience in a healthcare management or administrative role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, billing practices, and healthcare compliance.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
