Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints
Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning
Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, and operational targets
Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals
Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes
Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate or Diploma holder (MBA / Hospital Management / Operations preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years experience in clinic, wellness centre, fitness centre, salon, or healthcare operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)
Strong leadership and people-management abilities
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
