Responsibilities

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, administration and sales. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to achieve sales target. Meet goals and metrics. Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 3 Year of working experiences as Manager in Aesthetic / Clinical Industry. Good understanding of Aesthetic, Sales, market analysis, and concept. Good Communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skill. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Beauty, Clinic Role

An Aesthetic Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic/center, ensuring smooth functioning, quality client service, staff management, and achievement of business targets while maintaining professional standards in aesthetics and customer care.

Key Responsibilities o Clinic Operations - Manage daily activities, scheduling, and workflow of the branch. o Team Management - Supervise doctors, nurses, front office, and support staff; provide training and motivation. o Client Relationship - Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and maintain client satisfaction. o Sales & Targets - Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals, cross-selling, and upselling services. o Compliance & Standards - Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with aesthetic clinic protocols. o Inventory & Resources - Monitor stock of products, consumables, and equipment usage. o Reporting & Coordination - Prepare performance reports, coordinate with higher management, and implement company policies. o Marketing Support - Assist in local promotions, events, and brand-building activities.
