The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the skin clinic, ensuring exceptional client experiences, efficient staff performance, and compliance with healthcare and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to maintain high service standards and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Administration
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities management.
Ensure smooth coordination between dermatologists, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
Oversee procurement and stock control of skincare products, consumables, and medical equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including front desk, therapists, and support teams.
Monitor staff performance, set targets, and conduct regular appraisals.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Ensure staff adherence to service protocols and customer service standards.
3. Client Experience & Service Quality
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with tact and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain high service quality standards to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and health & safety standards.
Implement and oversee infection control, sterilization, and hygiene protocols.
Stay updated with regulatory requirements relevant to dermatology and aesthetic services.
5. Financial & Business Development
Monitor clinic budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Track daily sales, prepare performance reports, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
Work with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and increase client base.
Identify opportunities for new treatments, technologies, and business partnerships.
