Ensure compliance with clinic policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Manage inventory, consumables, and equipment maintenance.
Client Relationship & Experience
Maintain high standards of client service.
Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Support in marketing promotions, offers, and client engagement activities.
Team Management
Supervise front-desk executives, therapists, doctors, and support staff.
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide training & guidance.
Ensure staff follow professional conduct, grooming, and punctuality.
Financial & Business Growth
Monitor daily sales, revenue targets, and prepare reports for management.
Work on achieving monthly appointment and treatment goals.
Support in driving marketing campaigns and referral programs.
