Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the activities of the ANSSI Wellness Center LLP carried out in conjunction with its vision and mission and

Values.

2. To generate sales for the clinic

3. To manage the clinic staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management

4. To ensure that the clinic is operating efficiently and that patient care is of the highest quality

5. To manage the clinic budget and ensure that expenses are within budget

6. To ensure that patient records are accurately maintained and that patient privacy is protected

7. To ensure that all payments are received in time

8. To ensure that patients are provided the best treatment

9. To ensure that clinic infrastructure is well maintained

10. To ensure that clinic is well-staffed

11. To provide daily updates to Sales Head on the overall sales activities of the clinic

12. Follow up of treatment and consultations

13. Generate referral from patients who were treated at the clinic.

14. Searching local sources for the sale viz. gym, doctors, surgical, medical stores

15. Maintaining the database of the clinic.

16. Team building, team motivation, monitoring and warm meetings.

17. Treatment quality control.

18. Closely work with Sales head, telemarketing head.

19. Any additional tasks given by the reporting authority.

20. Providing necessary data to the reporting authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300.00 - ?350.00 per day
