Key Responsibilities:Operational Management
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage staff schedules, workflow, and performance across departments (aestheticians, consultants, front desk, etc.).
Ensure compliance with all protocols, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and stock management.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and service excellence throughout the client journey.
Handle escalations, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure personalized care for premium clients and encourage long-term relationships.
Supervise consultations and follow-ups to ensure treatment success and retention.
Sales & Business Development
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets (treatments, packages and products).
Motivate and train the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Analyze business reports, conversion rates, and client data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a positive, high-performance work culture.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure continuous professional development through workshops and brand training.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
Approve billing, discounts, and promotional offers as per policy.
Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control efficiently.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
4-7 years of experience
in managing an aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong sales, customer service, and operational management experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of skincare, aesthetic devices, and wellness treatments is an advantage.
