We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Clinic Manager
to oversee daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinic or spa management, a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care. You will lead the team, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with all clinical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock control.
Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and serviced regularly.
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and motivate clinic staff including aestheticians, nurses, receptionists, and support staff.
Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and handle HR-related tasks.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions.
Client Experience:
Ensure outstanding customer service at every client touchpoint.
Handle client concerns or complaints in a professional and effective manner.
Promote a culture of hospitality, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing:
Monitor and drive clinic KPIs, revenue targets, and client retention.
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, events, and promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell treatments and products based on client needs and clinic goals.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and industry standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by law or internal policies.
Coordinate with medical personnel to ensure treatment standards and care quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a clinic manager, spa manager, or similar leadership role in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products (preferred).
Proficient in clinic software systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
