Role Overview

: We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice in Aundh, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operational Management

: Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with veterinary laws and standards.

Medical Records & Appointments

: Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, ensure efficient appointment management

Financial Management

: Manage the clinic's budget, monitor and control expenses, manage billing and invoicing, and oversee accounts receivable and payable.

Staff Management

: Directly supervise reception and pharmacy staff, assist in hiring clinic staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage employee relations, ensure staff receive necessary training, and create a positive work environment.

Client Services

: Implement client service protocols, address and resolve client concerns, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage client communications and follow-ups.

Business Development:

Support marketing strategies and promotions, identify business growth opportunities and build relationships with referring veterinarians and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in Hospitality (Hotels)

MBA Preferred

Computer Savvy and People's Person

Pet Lover (Pet owner preferred)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
