The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care services. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The Clinic Manager will also focus on enhancing the patient experience, optimizing clinic workflows, and maintaining financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Manage scheduling for both staff and patients to ensure optimal resource use.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure clinic facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
- Resolve staff conflicts and manage team dynamics effectively.
2. Patient Experience:
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-ups.
- Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores.
