We're on the hunt for a

dynamic Clinic Manager

who can

take full ownership of clinic operations, staff, sales, and customer experience

. You don't need to know skin treatments or weight loss science--we've got the experts for that. What you need is

top-tier management, leadership, and execution skills

to ensure our high-performing aesthetic clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the

entire clinic team

: front desk, therapists, doctors, assistants--everyone.
- Ensure

daily clinic operations

run smoothly including client flow, staff schedules, treatment room readiness, and SOPs.
- Take full charge of

sales

--follow up with leads, handle consultations, close high-ticket treatment packages, and meet revenue goals.
- Oversee and execute

local marketing campaigns

--both offline promotions and online ads (Insta, Meta, Google).
- Track and analyze

clinic performance metrics

like daily footfall, lead conversion, sales closures, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Handle

stock and inventory management

, vendor coordination, and maintenance of treatment supplies.
- Maintain a

premium client experience

--from the first message to post-treatment follow-ups.
- Deal with client concerns and team issues like a pro--calm, fast, solution-focused.

Who You Are:

- 2-5 years of experience in

operations, sales, or team management

--any service-based industry (retail, fitness, wellness, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong

leadership and people skills

--you know how to keep the team in check and motivated
- Sharp

sales and communication ability

--you can talk to clients and convert interest into bookings
- Comfortable with basic tech--

CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and email tools

- Highly

organized, driven, and responsible

--you love targets and can handle pressure with ease

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
