Employment Contract:

1-year (Renewable based on performance)

Compensation:

?360,000 - ?6,00,000 per annum (based on current CTC & experience)

About Dermacheck Skin Clinic

Dermacheck is a fast-growing dermatology and aesthetic care clinic known for its advanced treatment portfolio, patient-centric approach, and operational excellence. We are expanding our management team to strengthen business operations at our Kochi and Angamaly centres.

We are seeking experienced, proactive, and business-driven

Clinic Managers

to oversee the complete operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in dermatology/aesthetic/skin clinic industry.



1. Operations & Administration



Oversee end-to-end daily clinic operations ensuring smooth functioning and high service quality Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, waiting time, and overall customer experience Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Coordinate offers, promotions and local marketing.

2. Business & Revenue Management



Drive monthly revenue targets through operational efficiency and service quality Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and control costs Implement business growth strategies, promotional plans, and service upselling initiatives

3. Team Leadership & HR Support



Supervise front-desk staff, nursing staff, and support personnel. Manage staff rosters, leave planning, onboarding, and basic performance evaluations. Manage staff rosters, leave planning, onboarding, and basic performance evaluations. Recruitment of clinic staffs based on requirements. Conduct regular training to enhance customer service and operational excellence.

4. Patient Relationship Management

5. Vendor & Inventory Management.



Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and stock management Maintain optimal inventory levels and quality control for consumables

Required Qualifications & Experience:



MBA or BBA in Business Administrations, Hospitality, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience

as Clinic Manager/Assistant Manager/Operations Manager in

Skin Clinic / Dermatology / Aesthetic / Cosmetology industry

(mandatory) Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient management systems, and cosmetic dermatology operations Proficiency in administrative management, team handling, and business operations Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Candidates

currently based in Kerala

or with prior experience in Kerala preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
