We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Clinic Manager

to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experience, and lead our clinical and administrative teams. We are a newly emerging Clinic at Ambalamukku named HATHIRA Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate will be skilled in people management, customer service, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

We are currently looking for 2 positions: CRM Staff (preferably female) Clinic Manager (preferably male)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise front office staff, nursing staff, and support teams. Ensure high-quality patient experience from registration to discharge. Maintain clinic schedules, doctor appointments, and resource allocation. Handle patient queries, escalations, and service recovery. Monitor clinic inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and company policies. Manage billing, cash handling, and financial reporting. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance metrics. Recruit, train, and evaluate clinic staff. Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in clinic/hospital/healthcare administration preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office. Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
