Job Description

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cosmetology clinic to ensure smooth workflow, exceptional client experience, and compliance with healthcare and beauty industry standards. This role combines leadership, business acumen, and customer service excellence to drive clinic growth and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management



Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all clinical and administrative functions. Oversee appointment scheduling, client flow, and service coordination to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, professional licensing, and quality assurance standards.

Staff Management



Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff including aestheticians, receptionists, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance to ensure adequate coverage. Organize regular team meetings and training sessions to update staff on new treatments, technologies, and protocols.

Client Relations



Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Handle escalated client concerns or complaints professionally and effectively. Implement strategies to enhance the client experience, loyalty programs, and referral systems.

Financial & Business Management



Oversee clinic budgets, expenses, and financial reporting in coordination with management or finance department. Monitor revenue, service sales, and product inventory; develop strategies to meet financial targets. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of supplies and products. Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive clinic visibility and sales.

Marketing & Business Development



Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, social media initiatives, and special events. Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and client engagement strategies. Track performance metrics (client acquisition, retention, service mix) and generate management reports.

Compliance & Quality Control



Ensure all staff follow hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, treatments, and technologies to keep the clinic competitive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
