Key Responsibilities

Manage daily walk-ins and ensure smooth client communication. Oversee pet treatments and ensure proper coordination between doctors and support staff. Maintain an accurate and updated pet database.Coordinate with diagnostic labs and share test results (like blood reports) with clients on time. Ensure proper maintenance and care of all hospital machines and equipment.Manage shift scheduling for doctors, paravets, drivers, and housekeeping staff. Handle inventory management--including consumption tracking, stock audits, and reorder planning. Supervise the entire hospital team to ensure efficiency and discipline. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and odor control across the hospital premises at all times. Ensure a consistently positive experience for all pet parents.Perform any additional duties necessary for the smooth functioning of the hospital.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
