Roles & Responsibilities

? Overall growth and development of Clinic.

? Training the consultants about clinical procedures and making them understand how Skin clinic works.

? Amalgation of Skincare Salon and spa with Skin clinical treatments as to Make the complete solution for client beauty and grooming.

? Controlling the cost and taking care of P&L.

? Building the Clinic by via different branding and marketing channels.

? Creating awareness among existing salon and spa clients through different channel of education.

? Creating awareness outside the universe about our Dermatologist and Clinic.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

? Graduate or Masters in any discipline ,but not a mandate

Preferred Skills

? Experience working as Operations Manager/Store Manager

? Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Outlook

? Analytical Skills

? Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Experience

? 2-5 years of experience as Clinic Manager
