Appointment Management - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient bookings efficiently. Patient Coordination - Ensure seamless patient flow and provide timely assistance. Clinic Operations - Oversee front desk functions, handle queries, and maintain service excellence. Guest & Patient Experience - Greet every visitor with a smile, ensuring a warm and comforting atmosphere. Communication & Problem-Solving - Address concerns proactively with a solution-oriented approach.

Well-Spoken & Presentable - A confident, polished, and professional demeanor.

Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English & Hindi; ability to handle conversations with grace.

Organized & Proactive - Quick thinker, strong problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Committed & Focused - Dedicated to patient care and clinic excellence.

Prior Experience in Healthcare sector will be an added advantage.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
