We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven

Clinic Manager

to lead operations at

Skinroots Clinic

. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in

dermatology

or

cosmetic clinic management

, dedicated to enhancing patient experience, driving

revenue growth

, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee all daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care. Manage

inventory

and procurement of medical supplies and retail products. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed

sales targets

and drive

revenue growth

. Manage and optimize pricing strategies and

service packages

. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Oversee the

patient consultation

process, ensuring staff are expertly trained in treatment and product knowledge. Ensure

excellent customer service

and a seamless patient journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Handle complex patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Drive

patient retention

and loyalty.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Prior experience is mandatory

in a leadership or managerial role within a

dermatology clinic

,

cosmetic surgery center

, or

medical spa

. Proven experience in

sales management

and driving

business development

within the healthcare sector. Strong financial experience with

budgeting

,

P&L management

, and

revenue cycle management

. Excellent

communication

, interpersonal, and

negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
