Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Clinic Manager with

1 year or more experience to oversee daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff coordination, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow within the clinic. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day clinic operations Assign duties and supervise technicians and support staff Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and schedules Ensure timely appointments and smooth patient flow Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and front-desk staff Maintain records, reports, and operational standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience

as a Clinic Manager or similar role Ability to assign tasks and manage technician schedules effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and basic computer skills Experience in healthcare/clinic environment preferred

Pay: ₹14,150.00 - ₹40,459.16 per month
