Job Title: Clinic Manager (Dermatology & Aesthetics)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skin hospital. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate balances operational efficiency with the high service standards required in aesthetic and medical dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day clinic workflow, optimizing appointment scheduling and minimizing patient wait times.

Staff Management:

Lead, train, and roster a diverse team of dermatologists, aestheticians, nurses, and reception staff.

Inventory & Asset Management:

Manage stock levels of high-value consumables (e.g., injectables, fillers, skincare products) and ensure regular maintenance of laser/medical equipment.

Patient Experience:

Act as the escalation point for patient concerns, ensuring a "five-star" service standard typical of aesthetic medicine.

Business Growth:

Monitor clinic KPIs, oversee retail skincare sales targets, and assist with marketing initiatives to drive patient retention.

Compliance:

Ensure the clinic adheres to all health regulations, sanitation protocols, and medical safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field. 3+ years of management experience in a medical setting (experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Medical Spa is highly preferred). Strong understanding of clinic financials, billing, and inventory control. Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and clinic management software.
