What you'll do:

Managed overall clinic operations, business performance, pipeline, consumption and collections. Ensured compliance with statutory laws, SOPs and maintained all regulatory records. Drove revenue through focus on ticket size, customer count, conversion and category performance (Hair, Products, Anti-ageing). Handled billing, inventory, cash management, assets and achieved strong process audit scores. Delivered superior customer experience, managed HNI clients, complaints, feedback, mystery audit scores and customer retention. Led, mentored and retained clinic team (KTs, CCEs, Doctors) to drive productivity. Enforced discipline, attendance, punctuality and Code of Conduct; reported violations within 2 hours. Executed additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
