Role Overview:
Responsible for managing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and driving sales and revenue through effective patient communication and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front-desk, scheduling, and patient coordination.
Explain treatment plans and support patient conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle billing, reports, and inventory.
Maintain clinic hygiene, SOPs, and equipment.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
Ensure excellent patient experience and handle feedback.
Follow up with leads and promote high-value treatments.
