Guide patients through personalised consultations on skin and hair treatments, detailing procedures, benefits, and realistic results while resolving any doubts for confident choices. Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies, boosting appointment conversions, treatment uptake, and clinic attendance. Develop customised treatment protocols, handle follow-ups, and monitor patient progress to deliver outstanding satisfaction and retention. Direct day-to-day clinic activities, including staff training, performance evaluations, and process optimisations for smooth, high-quality service delivery. Champion patient-centric experiences, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and the clinic's excellence standards. Monitor sales metrics, forecast trends, and launch campaigns to surpass monthly revenue goals and increase client volume. Foster collaboration between medical teams, therapists, and administrative staff for cohesive patient care journeys.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

3+ years in clinic or healthcare management, ideally in aesthetics, dermatology, hair restoration, or spa/wellness environments. Outstanding verbal and relational skills to inspire confidence and loyalty among diverse clients. Proven track record in sales achievement and operational improvements to elevate business outcomes. Strong leadership to guide and develop teams in a fast-paced setting. Sharp organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in clinic software, CRM tools, or EHR systems preferred.
