Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

: Oversee end-to-end clinic operations, including staff management, inventory control, appointment scheduling, and overall performance optimization.

Customer Experience

: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client, upholding Skinroots Clinic's premium brand standards.

Team Management

: Recruit, train, and motivate staff (doctors, therapists, front office, and support teams) to ensure service excellence.

Business Development

: Drive monthly sales and revenue targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages.

Compliance & Standards

: Enforce strict hygiene, safety protocols, and Skinroots SOPs throughout the clinic.

Reporting & Coordination

: Provide regular performance reports, client feedback, and operational updates to senior management.

Marketing Support

: Partner with the marketing team on local promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
