Manage all aspects of patient handling, from entry into the clinic until exit, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience.
Interact with, counsel, and guide patients regarding treatments & procedures.
Handle patient grievances, complaints, and concerns effectively, and escalate through appropriate channels when required.
Oversee missed appointment calling, follow-up calls, Renewal calls, reference calls, and deleted patient tracking to improve conversions and retention.
Create, maintain, and regularly update patient records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure efficient front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and patient queries.
Manage and supervise the clinic team, including Aesthetic Technicians and Patient Service Executives (PSEs), .
Monitor clinic performance, daily collections, and support revenue achievement through patient engagement and follow-ups.
Multitask and coordinate across functions to ensure smooth clinic operations at all times.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the clinic as per company and regulatory guidelines.
