Clinic Manager

to oversee daily operations at our Pitampura branch and ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly clinic management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and staff coordination. Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between patients and physiotherapists. Monitor and maintain clinic cleanliness, equipment, and supplies. Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, inventory, and petty cash management. Handle patient feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards. Support clinic marketing initiatives, social media updates, and community engagement activities. Coordinate staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance tracking. Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.

Requirements

Graduate in any field (Healthcare or Management background preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare administration. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel reporting. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (with suitable breaks)

Salary:

?15,000 - ?35,000 per month (Fixed plus incentives)
