Job Description

Clinical Store Operations: - Organize clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources. - Foster clear and effective communication with clinic employees, including medical practitioners and representatives. - Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory. - Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and repair of clinical store equipment. - Develop, implement, and maintain store policies and procedures. - Supervise the planning, preparation, and distribution of patient charts and medical records.

Customer service: Assisting customers/patients with their queries at the Clinic. Welcome all patients/walk-ins in a responsible fashion.

Sales Development: Drive clinic sales by proactively reaching out to leads, converting them into customers, and nurturing relationships with the clinic's existing customer database. Utilize channels such as WhatsApp groups, calls, and community engagement to maintain strong connections. Ensure timely achievement of the sales targets assigned to the clinic.

Brand Promotion: Promote the principles on which the Brand BOHECO is formed. Strive to increase footfall and conversions of patients at the clinic.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining a list of issued prescriptions, patient case record forms, and submitting monthly and annual reports covering the qualitative and quantitative aspects related to this function.
Participate in events outside the clinic such as RAW and sports festivals o Conduct or help clinic doctors with therapy if required. o Client Feedback: Obtaining product performance and patient progress reviews from clients every fortnight to aid them with improving their quality of life.

Clinic Management: - Ensure that all the equipment specially purchased for the store is handled appropriately, stored appropriately after use, and kept in an orderly manner including conducting AMCs when required. - Supervise that the customers/patients who visit the clinic for seeking treatment are handled smoothly without any hurdles. - Proactive and smooth conduct of Follow up visits of patients. - Keep a detailed record of all medicines purchased and used during the check-ups. - Manage inventory of BOHECO related products - Record, manage, and close each order/walk-in patient/customer and sale. - Looking after the daily operations and up-keep of the clinic o Other Responsibilities: - Conducting or requesting the conduct of screening and diagnostic tests to reveal health issues. - Calming anxious and distressed patients.

You will work in Business Development & Marketing function. In this function, you will work along with the Manager - Business Development & Retail as your supervisor.

Education UG: Any Graduate: Healthcare administration, health services administration PG: Master's degree: Healthcare Management

Skills

Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic. o Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors. o Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists. o Excellent Verbal and Written - English and Hindi communication skills. o Proactive at problem solving, being adaptable, and having commercial awareness. o Open-to-long working hours and attendance of 6 days a week o Ability to handle wellness products sales and basics consultation guidance Communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is plus)
