Clinic Manager
who can take ownership of the clinic's operations and help us scale to new heights.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is not just an administrator but a
growth-oriented leader
. As the Clinic Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations--managing the team, guiding the telecallers, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and most importantly,
driving footfall and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure all departments work in sync
Team Guidance:
Train, support, and monitor telecalling and front desk teams to ensure effective lead handling and conversion
Sales and Revenue Focus:
Work closely on strategies to increase walk-ins, consultations, and treatments to achieve monthly revenue goals
Patient Experience:
Ensure a smooth and satisfying journey for every patient--from first call to post-treatment follow-up
Data & Reporting:
Monitor CRM performance, generate daily/weekly reports, and analyze trends to drive improvements
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and support staff to ensure efficient communication and care delivery
Problem-Solving:
Resolve any operational or customer concerns proactively and professionally
Qualifications:
You have
experience in clinic, hospital, or service industry operations
(healthcare background preferred)
You're a
natural leader
who can motivate a team and push for results
You understand sales and know how to guide a team to
achieve revenue targets
You're comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking
You have excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
You are result-oriented, reliable, and ready to take initiative
