We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Clinic Manager

to join our team at New Friends Colony. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, managing walk-in clients, handling sales calls, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will play a key role in growing revenue, building client relationships, and supporting clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals Maintain the general functioning of the clinic Supervision of clinic hygiene and maintenance. Handle walk-in clients with professionalism and empathy Conduct consultations and explain services/treatments Maintain and update CRM with client follow-ups and status Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth client journeys Monitor feedback and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate with the doctors, and team

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for client service Fluent in English and Hindi Experience with CRM tools

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
