Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation & Business Growth
Develop and implement strategies to achieve clinic revenue targets.
Monitor financial performance and optimize service offerings to maximize profitability.
Identify new opportunities for growth, including marketing initiatives and service enhancements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns and community outreach programs.
Clinic & Team Management
Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
Manage a multidisciplinary team including dentists, dental assistants, front desk staff, and hygienists.
Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
Patient Experience & Satisfaction
Create and maintain a welcoming, patient-centric environment.
Resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high treatment acceptance rates.
Clinical & Operational Coordination
Support dentists and clinical staff in delivering high-quality dental care.
Maintain optimal inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Implement and monitor infection control protocols and safety standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management,
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare management role, preferably in dental services.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient flow, and treatment planning.
Proven track record in revenue generation and team leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in dental practice management software.
