Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic
Clinic Manager cum Patient Counsellor
to lead clinic operations, ensure seamless patient experiences, and drive revenue through effective counselling and conversions. This role combines
clinic management, patient relationship management, and aesthetic counselling
, ensuring smooth workflow across reception, counselling, and treatment areas.
Manage
staff scheduling, performance, and training
to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with
clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
.
Handle inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative documentation.
Monitor KPIs and prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
.
Patient Counselling & Sales Conversion
Act as the
first point of contact for patients
, greeting and guiding them throughout their journey.
Explain
skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments
in a clear and empathetic manner.
Build trust and rapport to convert walk-ins, leads, and referrals into
confirmed consultations and treatments
.
Counsel patients on
treatment plans, packages, and expected results
, ensuring realistic expectations.
Meet and exceed
monthly sales and revenue targets
through effective counselling and upselling.
Business Growth & Customer Experience
Drive
patient satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
through personalized follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team on
promotions, lead generation, and campaigns
.
Resolve patient queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
Ensure a
luxury clinic experience
aligned with Skinroots' brand image.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience
in clinic management, patient counselling, or sales (preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or healthcare industry).
Strong knowledge of
skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatments
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to
lead a team, handle operations, and achieve revenue targets
.
Patient-centric mindset with a focus on
premium customer service
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
