Key Responsibilities
Patient Handling & Front Desk
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive clinic experience
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and enquiry messages professionally
Register patients and maintain basic records
Appointments & Scheduling
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Coordinate between doctors, physiotherapists, and patients
Ensure minimal waiting time and smooth daily flow
Sales & Package Pitching
Explain treatment plans and available packages clearly to patients
Pitch therapy packages confidently and ethically
Address basic patient doubts and escalate clinical queries to the doctor
Follow-ups & Lead Management
Follow up with patients who:
Enquired but did not book
Missed appointments
Were advised packages or repeat sessions
Maintain a follow-up tracker and ensure timely callbacks
Call & Data Tracking
Track incoming calls, enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups
Maintain simple reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Share daily or weekly updates with the clinic head
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with therapists for session availability
Support basic administrative tasks as required
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Any Graduate (preferred)
Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills and patient-handling ability
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Preferred Traits
Experience in clinic / hospital / wellness center / front-desk role
Sales or customer service background is a plus
Calm, polite, and solution-oriented attitude
