Clinic Co Ordinator (u.k Process)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails (Outlook) Book appointments and respond to patient queries in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our UK-based clinic receptionists and clinicians to coordinate schedules and bookings Communicate with external partners (labs, radiology centres, etc.) to facilitate patient care Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:



Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear British accent Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong advantage Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general digital communication tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
