Clinic Coordinator
to join our team.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for a
young university student or recent school graduate
seeking hands-on experience in:
Healthcare administration
Patient relations
Digital marketing & content creation
Clinic operations
You will be the bridge between patients, staff, and our online presence.
No prior clinical experience required, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
Warmly interact with patients, assist them during their visit, and address minor concerns.
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

Operations & Admin
Supervise and coordinate with the receptionist and support staff.
Assist with scheduling, reminders, and daily clinic flow.
Maintain basic records and help with operational tasks as needed.
Digital Media & Social Presence
Capture short videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content at the clinic.
Assist in planning and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc).
Work with our marketing consultant to grow online presence.
Who We're Looking For
Fluent English speaker
(spoken + written)
Confident communicator
with a friendly and warm personality
Currently studying OR looking for experience (BBA, Psychology, Mass Comm, Marketing, Dentistry, or any field)
Tech-savvy: comfortable with smartphones, basic video posting, operating Instagram, Canva, etc.
Organized, punctual, responsible
Creative eye for social media content (basic video shooting skills appreciated)
