Role Overview
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents
reaching out to our clinic. Your role will involve handling inquiries, booking appointments,
following up on leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
? Appointment Handling: Answer incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social
media, assisting customers with appointment bookings.
? Lead Follow-Ups: Call potential customers who have shown interest in clinic
services and encourage them to book consultations.
? Scheduling & Coordination: Manage clinic calendars, confirm appointments with
vets, and update customers on any changes.
? Reminder & Follow-Ups: Send reminders for upcoming appointments and follow up
post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Basic Inquiry Resolution: Provide information about clinic services, pricing, and
procedures while directing complex queries to vets.
? Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing
concerns and ensuring they have a positive experience.
? Data Management: Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer
interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
What We're Looking For
? Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, tele-calling, or front-desk roles,
preferably in healthcare or pet services.
? Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and
Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
? Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage bookings efficiently, and handle
multiple customer inquiries.
? Proactive & Friendly: Someone who enjoys talking to people, has a customer-first
attitude, and can build relationships.
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, booking software, and WhatsApp for
Business.
? Pet Lover: A genuine love for animals and an interest in pet care will be a huge plus!
