A leading US-based pediatric healthcare brand is launching its first center in

Bangalore

, and we are seeking a

Clinic Administrator

to join our founding team.

Experience Required:



Minimum

2+ years

in healthcare operations or clinic/hospital administration

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintain records, and manage clinic licenses Work closely with pediatric consultants, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, billing processes, and consumables Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-clinical staff
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
