Clin Mgr
Job Description
The Clinical Manager- CRA will be responsible for the selection, mentoring, training and development of approximately 15 CRA. They will ensure work allocation for their team is consistent with budgeted project requirements and achieves the most cost effective means of project execution for tier team. The postholder will work as part of the Clinical Management team reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Management.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor\'s or higher graduate degree in a science or Administration related field licensed or certified health care training or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.Valid passportExtensive experience in clinical research, preferably including experience in coaching/mentoring of new starter PAs.
