The Kids Climber Instructor will conduct safe and enjoyable climbing sessions for children at the cafe's climbing wall. The instructor is responsible for teaching basic climbing techniques, ensuring safety, and creating a fun, confidence-building experience for kids.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct supervised climbing activities for children.
Teach proper climbing techniques in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
Ensure all safety rules are followed and equipment is properly used.
Inspect and maintain climbing gear and wall regularly.
Communicate with parents and ensure children have a safe, enjoyable time.
Promote a friendly and energetic environment in coordination with the cafe team.
Requirements:
Certified Climber / Climbing Instructor
with valid certification from a recognized climbing or adventure sports body.
Prior experience working with children preferred.
Strong communication and safety management skills.
Patient, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
Basic First Aid or CPR certification preferred.
Education:
Minimum: 12th pass; diploma or certification in Sports, Adventure Training, or Physical Education preferred.
