What would you do?

Accenture Operations Solution Innovation is responsible for solution configuration of client requirements and integration with sales to promote growth. We ensure a simplified solutioning process to reduce solution turnaround time, industrialize our ability to respond to RFPs and support sales opportunities. In a Medical Coding job profile, responsibilities include translating healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and services into standardized codes. This involves using coding systems like ICD, CPT, and HCPCS to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping. The goal is to facilitate proper reimbursement from insurance companies and maintain comprehensive patient records. What are we looking for?

? communicating effectively with leadership as well as clients teams and clients ? working with Microsoft products ? building strong, trusted relationships ? negotiating to a win/win ? creative problem solving approaches o Ensure end to end logistics for internal and external visitors is being taken care of during client visits o Drive the overall client visit experience and ensure compliance by all the site visit coordinators. o Ensure that prep calls, dry runs and dress rehearsals are scheduled for all visits, without exception o Use SLFD and SWB to track requests and ongoing activities to provide periodic management updates o Oversee provision of a Welcome Package to client teams for use with prospective clients o Guide the team to resolve real-time logistical issues and handle escalations, if any o Run the PMO to report overall team's performance and to maintain logistical data in a central location o Approve Procurement Invoices on ARIBA o Foster team building activities and manage attrition to a minimum o Drive periodic calls with the global team to cascade information and share best practices o Adopt and drive opportunities to digitize the client visit experience through use of mobile/ tablet apps o Have meaningful conversations with the direct reports and seek periodic feedback for own performance o Engage with key stakeholders to ensure seamless conduct of the visit management function globally o Dive Strategic thinking on visit agenda

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
