The opportunity
The selected candidate will:
Leads the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for a small to medium sized project, using strong technical capabilities with exceptional hands on experience!
Designs, develops and oversees the maintenance of solutions or infrastructure work, driving team compliance with the relevant standards
Fully understands user requirements and translates requirements into design specifications, reviewing the work of others for technical details.
Your key responsibilities

• 8-12 years of commercial experience in Collaborating with various practice & service lines team to implement the new process for all resource requests.
• Work with Multiple stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 PM, Product Management, Service Line connects, Experience Management SPOCs and provide regular status reports
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization globally and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple overlapping requests.
• Bring initiative to improve internal process efficiency on this new process.
• The role requires a strong analytical acumen. The role additionally requires consultative questioning, influence management and critical thinking skills to understand a current problem or recommend viable solutions that are both effective and supporting the value to the new process.
• Excellent facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of SQL

Role responsibilities also include:

• Facilitate the PI planning event
• Experience executing the Release Train Engineering role for a minimum of one year, diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Previous experience as Release Train Engineer or Program Manager for major Programs
• Help manage risks and dependencies. Escalate and track impediments. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• 8-12 years applied experience
• Significant proven experience in either an internal or external software or platform engineering role, or similar along with some Project Management experience is desired
• Advanced technical knowledge and experience in delivering software / platform engineering solutions (depending on specialism), providing comprehensive technical advice and managing user requirements
