Client & Team Coordinator

Client & Team Coordinator serves as intermediary between an organization's team and their clients. They ensure that information and communication from one end reaches the other, and vice versa.

Qualifications we're seeking:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field provides a solid foundation for this role. Good communication skills are essential, both in writing and speaking. It's a plus if you're familiar with the laminate and ceramic tiles industry. Being organized, paying attention to detail, and juggling multiple tasks are important qualities. Previous experience in managing client relationships and understanding their goals is a big advantage. You should be able to spot problems, suggest solutions, and make sure clients are happy. Knowing your way around relevant software and tools used in advertising, marketing, and project management is valuable. Being able to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and project demands is a must. Excellent time management skills are crucial for meeting project deadlines and handling multiple clients simultaneously.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in client coordination in any advertising agency or experience for working in ceramic tiles OR laminate industry. Knowledge of basic design concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams is a valuable asset for this role.

Responsibilities:

Candidate need to handle incoming telephone calls, emails, messages received from the clients and co-ordinate with the team accordingly. Candidate need to acknowledge the client in receipt of service requests and update regarding the progress & delivery schedules. Candidate need to inform the clients about new services, special offers, price changes, etc... Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating with team Investigate and resolve clients' queries Present information on challenging situations to clients and team.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
