Role Overview

The Client Support / Tele-Caller Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to students, schools, and associate partners. The role includes explaining the scholarship project, sharing proposal documents, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining daily activity reports. The candidate will play a key part in driving registrations and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


1. Calling & Communication



Make outbound calls to student leads, schools, institutes, and potential associate partners. Explain the Scholarship Awards Program, benefits, registration process, and partnership opportunities. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented approach during all interactions.

2. Follow-Up & Lead Management



Regularly follow up with interested schools, students, and partners to ensure timely registration. Track lead status and update records in CRM/Google Sheets. Close leads by ensuring completion of registration or partnership steps.

3. Proposal & Information Sharing



Share project proposals, brochures, registration links, and required documents via email/WhatsApp. Ensure timely communication and support for stakeholders needing additional details.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and performance sheets. Generate daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, conversions, and pending follow-ups. Provide feedback to management on lead quality, common queries, and improvement areas.

5. Coordination



Coordinate with the internal team for updates on registration numbers, events, partner onboarding, etc. Assist the outreach team in meeting monthly and weekly targets.

Skills & Qualifications


Mandatory


Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, client support, or customer service.

Experience in educational projects, NGOs, EdTech, or similar fields. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during high lead volume. Knowledge of CRM tools. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently. Strong follow-up and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
